“ I have been taking my Jeep here for regular oil changes. They are courteous and check-in is usually quick. Sometimes it is difficult to get through to schedule an appointment and the last time I dropped my car off at 10 it wasn't ready until 2. However, they are usually quicker than that, so I will chalk it up to a bad day. They offer the usual "suggested services" but aren't pushy about it and don't make you feel like a bad person if you decline. ”
